How We Honor Your Church

Two Ways to
Bless Your Congregation

When your church brings 7 or more paying guests to Surf + Soul, you choose one of two ways we honor your church: we cover your pastor’s retreat in full (airfare not included), or we donate 10% of your group’s guest fees to your church or a charity of your choosing. One group, your choice — retreat ministry that gives back.

For Your Church
A turnkey group retreat your members will talk about for years. Adventure + faith in a stunning setting. You promote it — we handle everything else.
For Your Members
Surf coaching for all levels. Daily Holy Yoga. Scripture devotionals. A Give Back service day. The Commission — their chosen verse hand-inked on an artifact from the week. They come home changed.
For Your Ministry
Choose how we honor your church: your pastor’s retreat covered in full (airfare excluded), or 10% of guest fees — $450–$520 per guest — donated to your church or a charity you choose.

How It Works

  1. Connect
    Reach out to us. We’ll send you a Church Partnership Kit with everything you need — flyers, a sample Commission artifact, and a walkthrough of the retreat experience.
  2. Promote
    Share the retreat with your congregation. We provide all marketing materials, social media assets, and a dedicated landing page for your church.
  3. Send
    Your members book their week. We handle all logistics — accommodations, coaching, meals, programming, and airport transfers.
  4. Receive
    After the retreat you receive your chosen blessing — your pastor’s covered week, or a 10% donation to your church or chosen charity — plus a full report and guest testimonials to share from the pulpit.
